The Establishment Department in accordance with direction of
the Chief Secretary NWFP circulated
a letter dated 21.10.2003 asking all
the Administrative Secretaries to clear
all due cased of promotion selection
grade and move over of the employees.
The Provincial Government also vide
circular letter No. FD (PRC) 1-1/03
dated 06.04.2003 extended the move over
facility stopped on 27.10.2001 on account
of introduction of new pay scales to
01.12.2001 and resultantly a number
of employees reached to the maximum
of their respective pay scales on 01.12.2000
became entitled to move over on 01.12.2001.
This facility also benefited a number
of employees.
(ii) In
pursuance of the above directives of
the Government, Food Department undertook
the exercise in letter and spirit and
cleared a number of cases pending for
the last many years with the following
