Stationery and Printing Press

Introduction

Stationery and Printing Press was established in 1902 with the aim to meet the requirements of the Chief Commissioner and few other important offices at Peshawar. The department had started its function with a meager staff however it was re-organized from time to time and staff increased. In the year 1970-71, after the dismemberment of one unit, the Provincial Government decided to commercialize the accounting procedure of the department with an objective to meet the offices stationary requirements of the government departments conveniently. Since then the department is working as a commercial concern.
