	Accounting procedure for Provincial, District and Local Zakat fund.
	Operational arrangements for Local Zakat Fund.
	Audit of provincial, District and Local Zakat Funds through directorate of Zakat Audit.
	Release of Zakat Funds of District Zakat Funds or any other institutions.
	Implementation of the decision of Central/Provincial Zakat Councils.
	Drafting of rules under Zakat Ushr Ordinance 1980.
	Reconstitution of District Zakat Committees and removal of undesirable Chairman/Members of direct Zakat Committees.
