fundamental unit of Zakat Department
is Local Zakat Committee. In each
category of services offered by
this Department, the applicant
who must be needy, indigent and
poor will apply to the conserned
Local Zakat Committee and the
Istehqaq of the applicant shall
be determined by the Local Zakat
Committee.
In case a person wants to apply
for Guzara Allowance, he can
write his application on a plain
paper.
For other services, the applicant
applies on prescribed forms
available on line and also from
the office of District Zakat
Committee office.
