provision of stationary to the offices of E&AD, Chief Minister’s Secretariat, Ministers, Advisors & Special Assistants to Chief Minister,
Reconciliation of Accounts under the following heads:

  01302-S&GAD (Estate Office)
  01204-Chief Minister
  01205-Ministers
  01206-Advisors/Special Assistants.
General Branch
Internal Administration of the Establishment & Administration Department.
All matters relating to the offices of Provincial Ministers/Advisors.
All matters relating to the affairs of Chief Minister’s Secretariat.
Powers of drawing and disbursing officers in respect of the expenditure of Establishment & Administration Department, Chief Minister’s Secretariat, Minister’s, Advisors and Special Assistants to Chief Minister, NWFP.
Budgetary matters in respect of the officers mentioned at S. NO 13 above.
General coordination with the Secretariat Departments, divisional and districts on important issues.
