  1. Contract for software development and data entry  awarded on 22.4.2007.
  2. Offices for Project Management Unit, Verification Cell & data entry Cell have been established.
  3. Sr & Jr. Revenue Consultants (retired Tehsildars & Patwaris) have been hired for the Verification Cell.
  4. Record of 78 Mozas has been taken up for verification which is about to complete.
  5. Data of 36 Mozas has been entered in the system.
    All standard reports (Jamabundi, Fard Number etc) will be automatically generated once the data is entered in computers

Achievements
  1. Customer service center has been established in Traffic Police  Head Quarters Peshawar.Computerized Driving License on RFid Cards are being issued since August 2007 and approx: 45.48 million revenue has been generated so far in District Peshawar.
  2. E-ticketing system is also in place and working satisfactorily. 
  3. The system have been replicated to district Charsadda  &  Nowshera and soon the system will be extended to Abbotabad, Kohat, Mardan and Haripur.

  3. The system has been practically launched on 8.11.2007 in 5 Wards.The system has also been launched in the Office of ETO-II & III Peshawar, Nowshera and Mardan and soon will be launched in Kohat, Haripur and Mansehra .

System has been successfully implemented in Peshawar and replication  to other districts is under progress

Objectives
  1. Establishment of a Data centre for hosting of software application and data bases.
  2. Integration and implementation of an internal portal, which will be accessed by Assembly / MPA offices.
  3. Development of Software applications and internal workflow systems for improving internal efficiency of Assembly.
  4. Development of Resource management and Dispatch system for Provincial Assembly.
  5. Scanning of Previous record and data entry into databases.
  6. Installation/Training/support of customized applications to Provincial Assembly officials.
  7. Maintenance / Support by Vendors on Networking Equipment supplied in the project.
  8. Technical support by software vendors on licensed software.
  9. Technical support on software applications.
  10. Providing extensive training on the new environment to the end users as well as support staff.
Current Status
  1. Software has developed and installed at provincial Assembly NWFP
  2. Total Hardware has been purchased and configured at IT section of the Provincial Assembly NWFP
  3. Training of the employees of the provincial assembly is in progress
  4. Budget session 2009-10 has been successfully broadcast on the website of the Provincial Assembly
    • Current session is been broadcasting on the website.

    • Data entry of the last 8 sessions in Provincial Assembly has been entered in the system.
  5. The implementation of the project is under progress.

Objectives
  1. To improve the Recruitment / Examination system of Provincial Public Commission & procedures, for example, by eliminating redundant processes in the registration and Recruitment System.
  2. To improve the quality of management information provided for senior policy decision-making, particularly through integration of previously separate information systems.
  3. Computerization of activities, administration and support services across the Province.
  4. In the short term, the online system will help to facilitate the end user by providing easy access to information using the centralize web enabled application; one can grab the information through any district of NWFP, Entire Pakistan & even across the Globe. DoIT plans to integrate this information network with the computerized databases of other provinces as well as those on the national level.
  5. The project will facilitate faster exchange of critical information between various departments in the government or with in organization, substantially reducing the amount of paperwork / men hours that the department personnel have to handle.
  6. The centralized database will enable the streamlining of Public Service Commission procedures/ workflow which will results in higher efficiency and better data management. The application shall be facilitating the concerned personnel to interact with the application in easy English language.
Current Status Firm has been hired for the customization /development of software accured from Federal Public Service Commission Islamabad.
